CBEI has joined St Giles International!

We are delighted to announce that CBEI has joined the highly reputed international group of English language schools, St Giles International. Founded in London in 1955, St Giles is now one of the most successful international groups of language training organisations based in the UK, with schools in Brighton, Eastbourne, London, Highgate, Southampton and Nottingham in the UK, as well as San Francisco, USA, Sao Paulo and Campinas, Brazil, and now Vancouver, Canada.

We are very excited to be joining this experienced and forward-looking organisation, and are sure you will be impressed with the increased choice and flexibility that this move allows us to offer.

Whilst CBEI’s ever-popular trademark Business English programme will still be available, a much wider choice of supplementary courses and services will now be available at our downtown Vancouver location. We will also be making some exciting changes to the facilities on offer within the school, and we hope that you will visit us soon to see these for yourselves.

Agents of CBEI will have their existing agreements extended to other schools within the St Giles group. Students currently studying at CBEI and students already registered for courses at CBEI will not be affected by this move, other than to benefit from the facility upgrades.

On June 21st, the longerst day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, the sun rises at 5:07 and sets at 21:21, leaving 16 hours and 14 minutes of daylight!

Twighlight - the time of the day when the sun is just below the horizon - starts at 4:24 in the morning and ends at 22:04 in the evening. This leaves a total of 17 hours and 40 minutes of light in which to enjoy the world's most beautiful city.
